# Shipping Policy

At Tvakton Leather Studio, we want every order to reach you safely, on time, and in perfect condition. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we process, pack, and ship your handcrafted leather goods.

## 1. Order Processing

– All orders are processed within **12–24 hours** of being placed.
– Once an order has been shipped from our warehouse, it **cannot be cancelled**. If you receive a damaged or faulty product, you may raise a return request — see our [Refund Policy] for details.
– The cut-off time for same-day dispatch on paid shipping orders is **2:00 PM**. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be shipped the following working day.

## 2. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines (after the 12–24 hour processing window) are as follows:

**Note:** Priority Express is not available on orders involving heavier or bulkier items (e.g., 3+ bags, or 2+ large furniture pieces such as butterfly chairs), as these do not qualify for standard courier weight/pricing limits.

## 3. Made-to-Order & Limited Stock Items

Many of our leather goods are handcrafted in small batches or made to order. We intentionally avoid overstocking so that every customer receives fresh, quality craftsmanship rather than goods that have sat in a warehouse. As a result:

– Some products may take additional time to ship, as they are produced only once ordered or become available in stock.
– Actual delivery timelines may vary from the estimates above due to production schedules or unforeseen circumstances, regardless of the shipping method selected.

We’ll always try to keep you informed if your order is expected to take longer than usual.

– We offer **free shipping on all prepaid orders**.
– We currently accept **prepaid orders only** (online payment at checkout). Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available at this time.

We take dispatch timelines seriously and do everything we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible. However, once a package leaves our warehouse on time, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:
